More shower, more drywall

We completed step 24 of 26 steps to make a shower. Long story short, that meant laying down a 1-1/2" thick mortar bed in the pan. We figured we'd need about 2 cubic feet of mortar, so we bought four bags of mortar mix at Menards, picked up five gallons of water at home, and went to work. Turned out pretty good, actually.


Also we put down backerboard around the whirlpool. Jon also came too to do some mudding.

On Wednesday we will start tiling the walls.
